Evergreen Subdivision is located just 10 miles north of Dublin off highway 441N. We have approximately 300 acres of land and 15 acres of lakes and parks. Evergreen is one of the largest subdivisions in Laurens County. There are four subdivisions that make-up Evergreen; The Lakes, The Woodlands, Evergreen Road, & Hilltop.
With mature trees and winding streets, Evergreen offers a breathtaking area for neighborhood play. Our parks include: 15 acres of lakes and parks with a fitness trail as well as a swimming lake and two fishing lakes. A incredible home place for all ages.
The subdivision streets are named after nature and the beautiful surroundings that make Evergreen so special. There is a wide variety of single family homes that range from Contemporary to Traditional as well a Ranch Style Homes. We currently have 82 families with many more land lots available.
